Frame numbers follow the centre distance, from 37 mm up to 167 mm. Mounting variants do not change performance: foot, hollow shaft, flange and flanged hollow-shaft versions of a given frame all use identical gearing.

Selection Example: Paddle mixer in a bakery
Take a 4 kW, 1440 rpm motor stirring a paddle mixer at 29 rpm. The ratio follows directly: 1440 / 29 = 50, i=50 chosen. In this case KA67 hollow-shaft mounting slides straight onto the mixer shaft. Motor speed over target speed gives the ratio; the driven machine decides the service factor, and the two together decide the model.

Why does low backlash matter, and what is the limit?
Backlash is the small free rotation between input and output. We hold it within 20 arcmin - tight enough for indexing tables, positioning drives and reversing applications, without the cost of a precision servo gearbox.
Do you offer food-grade or washdown versions?
